We have ONE FEMALE and ONE MALE Chocolate Yorkie (2 weeks old) that will be ready for their new home and new loving Families before Christmas!!!
***SMALLEST Dog in The WORLD (?)***Below are photos of our little girl 'TINKER BELL', I guess the smallest Yorkshire (Yorkie) Terrier in the World. She is ONE Pound 2 oz. is 4 inches high at the shoulders, and is 8 inches long from head to tail....She is full grown and so cute and full of energy!! BUT let me say here..YORKIES should NOT be that small...that is just too small! She ended up that small because way back in her background there were some that were very small. She has been Vet checked and is healthy...just TOO TOO Small.

Chocolate Yorkie also known as the Blonde Yorkie. Rare and just so beautiful. Like the normal color Yorkie...these too can vary in color. Normal colored Yorkie pups are first a Black and Tan color, and as they mature, they can stay that a dark color, or the black can change to a gray and some even to a light silver color. The chocolates are the same...Some stay a Dark Deep Rich Red color or some can change to a lighter RED/Brown BUT all still retain the underside of Tan...all YORKIES are 2 tone colors!! The RED Yorkie (Girl) is in the Middle of the normal colored ones in the photo!!!... Black and Tan Yorkies with Chocolate Yorkie in the Middle. Think of this color like the Red Dobermans, this is just a beautiful Color Mutation!!! Also known as the Red Yorkie. Most creatures, in dogs, cats, birds and even people come in an array of colors. This is just a color, NOT a defect..., again, like all God's creatures, they can vary in color... NO health problems with this beautiful COLOR mutation. Just another color of 'Mother Nature'. Remember, all dogs were created, most from wolves...Yorkies have come a long way baby!!!! We are in ORANGE County bordering line Los Angeles.... Below the gang hanging out on their own little porch...but the HOUSE belongs to "them", they just make a little room for us to live there too...!! AND, that is okay with us...WE LOVE THEM!!!

The Chocolate Yorkshire Terrier is not a show color. These are just for family pets, just like the White German Shepherd and White Boxers, and other color mutations of purebred dogs. At this time, Red/Blonde Yorkies cannot be in the AKC shows, BUT some other Red Terriers are now being recognized for showing, so this could change at anytime. We have shown Dogs in Shows, but for now we have chosen to only LOVE them, and they are our family - 'We live with them'!!!! We are the butler and maid for THEM...At least they think so!!! **Just looks at them on the steps, all dirty from running and rolling and playing in the dirt and grass, chasing squirrels and birds (they have never caught one yet...but they keep trying), and ...now it is time for BATH!!! The wood steps are not normal deck steps, just a slim pass, so the dogs look big, but they are not...just the steps are very narrow and slim..

Photo above is a new photo...and it is hard to get a good photo of her all groomed up...she plays and rolls that when I want to take a photo her hair is all messed up...In the photo above she is wearing a store bought XXS outfit, that is still way too big...the ones that fit her the best are the ones I sew up for her...I also have made her some really cute warm "sweaters" from small soft socks...that works good fro her!! Watch for more photos...
The photos here are of our Tiny RED Chocolate Yorkshire Terrier, which weighs ONLY one about ONE POUND, exactly what a YORKIE should NOT BE!!! Yorkies should be 4-8 pounds or MORE in weight. Too small is really not good, larger is better! This little girl has been vet checked, is healthy, she is just very tiny; it is like having a small Guinea Pig running around in the house... In the photos here She is sporting her new Black Leather Vest that Reads- Harley Darling...YEAP, she now has a growing wardobe, all kinds of outfits and sweaters and YES she loves here clothing-she begs to have them put on, and of course she has her fancy necklaces too!! YES, I am making her clothes, it is just too hard to find something small enough for her....I would have to say, SHE IS THE SMALLEST CHOCOLATE YORKSHIRE TERRIER IN THE WORLD!!!

Even though Tinker Bell is cute, being this small IS NOT A GOOD THING...We had her Vet checked a few times early on, and she checked out fine, just small....Her Great Great Grandfather was 3 pounds full grown....so I guess that is just 'her'. But, a Yorkie under 3 pounds really is NOT a good thing, that is just way too small!!! Being this small she needs constant watching and care, she is NOT a normal dog by any means!!! I have had LOTS of request for PHOTOS of REDS...so here are some!!! ********************************************************* ********************************************************* HERE is a VERY important note for NEW Yorkie PUPPY OWNERS...DO NOT OVER FEED a your puppy...if YOU allow a PUPPY to OVER EAT more then it SHOULD eat daily, a pup can grow too large too fast, and COULD end up with health problems later, though this is MORE common with Larger breed of dogs. Improper feeding practices during growth, can cause stress to developing skeleton/body. ALWAYS, ask your VET what he/she recommends for YOUR PUPPY, to maintain a good Healthy Proper Growth Diet...WE like Avoderm for our dogs!!
